I'll walk the house with you and tell you honestly what will move the needle and what won't, then we set a budget together. I stay with you through every step after that, not just the first walkthrough.
If you already have people you trust, we use them. If not, I have connections with contractors, painters, flooring crews, electricians, and landscapers that are licensed and professional.
The work moves on a timeline built for speed, not a renovation season, and once it's ready, we list, price and position around what's been done.
The process is simple. Compass Concierge covers the approved cost directly. You settle up at closing out of your proceeds. Nothing is due before then.
